Returns Eligibility
Customers must contact The Grow Fellas within 14 days of receiving their order if they wish to return an item. Once the return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 28 days of receiving the order.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on your payment provider or bank.
The Grow Fellas reserves the right to deduct any applicable costs resulting from missing parts, damage, excessive handling, or returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer care team before returning the product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under the standard return process outlined in this policy.
The Grow Fellas reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued where payment has already been taken.
